「SDGs共同宣言」
私たちは、SDGsの理念のもとマンション管理の機能と役割を発揮し、地域社会の繁栄に貢献することで持続可能な社会を実現するため、「経済」「社会」「環境」の各分野で連携いたします。
また、マンション管理の特性を生かした取り組みを進め、地域活性化に努めることを宣言いたします。
SDGs「持続可能な開発目標（Sustainable Development Goals）」
SDGsとは2015年9月に国連で開かれたサミットで採択された「持続可能な開発目標」です。国際社会共通の目標です。「誰も置き去りにしない」という基本理念の元、2030年までに達成を目指す世界共通の目標として、17のゴールと169のターゲットが定められています。この目標達成に向けて、政府だけでなく、自治体や企業、諸団体、個人一人ひとりに役割があり、それぞれが協力・連携することが求められています。
